Graphic Designer – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and visually compelling designs for digital and print media.

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand communications.

  • Design promotional materials, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, banners, and event collateral.

  • Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other visual assets to ensure high-quality output.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals.

  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

  • Produce creative content that increases audience engagement and supports business objectives.

  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

  • Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to support marketing and branding initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or similar role.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design expertise, and branding capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

  • Experience in content creation for social media and digital marketing platforms.

  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.

  • Ability to transform concepts and ideas into impactful visual content.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within luxury hospitality brands
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end creative work across digital and print
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and multi-brand environments
  • Understanding of digital design requirements (social, web, performance marketing assets)
  • Experience in pre-opening or destination marketing is a strong advantage
