<\/span>We are looking for a talented Graphic + Motion Designer to\njoin our fast\-paced fashion e\-commerce team. In this role, you will own the\nvisual identity of key campaigns \u2014 from editorial layouts and app banners to\nmotion graphics and interactive animations. You will work at the intersection\nof fashion aesthetics, digital storytelling, and mobile\-first design,\ncollaborating closely with Creative, Branding, Marketing, and Product teams to\ndeliver premium, on\-brand experiences across digital platforms.<\/span>

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/b>
<\/p><\/div>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Design premium editorial layouts, campaign creatives,\napp banners, landing pages, and promotional assets for fashion e\-commerce\nplatforms.
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Create high\-impact motion graphics, GIFs, animations,\nand App Store Preview Videos aligned with brand guidelines.
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Develop Lottie/Rive animations for mobile app\nintegration, optimized for smooth performance (60 FPS where applicable).
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Deliver polished, pixel\-perfect creatives across all\nmajor tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and After Effects.
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Collaborate with Creative, Branding, Marketing, and\nProduct teams to drive cohesive, impactful campaign outputs.
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance creative\nideation and workflow efficiency.
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Maintain awareness of evolving fashion, design, UI/UX,\nmotion, and digital trends \u2014 and apply them proactively.

Requirements<\/h3>
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/span><\/b>
<\/p><\/div>

<\/div>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span>1\u20134 years of hands\-on experience in Graphic Design and\nMotion Design, ideally within a fashion, lifestyle, or e\-commerce brand.
<\/div>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,\nAfter Effects, and Figma.
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Solid grasp of typography, layout composition, color\ntheory, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Demonstrated experience with Lottie/Rive animations,\nmobile\-first design principles, and App Store Preview Video creation.
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Working familiarity with Generative AI tools for design\nor creative workflows.
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Understanding of UI/UX principles and how design\ndecisions translate to user experience.
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Strong communication, collaboration, attention to\ndetail, and ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
