We\nare looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Graphic Designer with a penchant\nfor creative, branded content development as well as the ability to capture the\npulse of the moment visually. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for\nfashion, aesthetics, typography and layout, and a deep understanding of\ntranslating cultural moments to inspirational, intuitive design. The candidate\nwill collaborate closely with our content, marketing, and product teams to\nproduce high\-quality page designs that enhance our brand's image and drive\ncustomer engagement.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Design/ Create/ adapt digital assets for landing pages,\napp creatives, PNs, Rcs and performance marketing campaigns.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support senior designers in developing visual directions\nfor brand campaigns and seasonal launches.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Work on design adaptations across multiple formats and\nplatforms, ensuring consistency and quality.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Create engaging social media creatives aligned with the\nbrand\u2019s tone and style.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Stay updated with fashion, design, and digital trends to\nbring fresh ideas to the table.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all creative\noutputs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (marketing,\ncategory, content) for timely delivery of creatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>A degree in Graphic/ Communication Design, Fashion\nCommunication, or related field. From Tier one design college like NIFT, NID,\nPearl, Srishti etc. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Min 2 years of experience in digital design <\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,\nIllustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>A good understanding of typography, layout, color theory,\nand visual hierarchy.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Interest in fashion, e\-commerce, and digital\-first design.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to\ndetail.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
