- Quality assurance and compliance activities (including IM8 self-assessment)
- Asset and configuration management, including inventory control and verification
- Patch and vulnerability management
- Monthly reporting, service reviews, and SLA management
- Project Clearance.
- Project Coordination
- Access and account management reviews
- Annual audits, risk management, and operations readiness assessments
