Group Brand Management and Logistics Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct contracts signing and renewal processes with the assigned Brands
  • Conduct monthly stock analyses of the assigned Brands for the Countries
  • Work closely with the Countries Ordering and Planning teams to understand needs and requirements
  • Order review and analyses, its accordance to the contracts and agreements with brands
  • Orders submission for the Countries
  • Conduct communication with Brands
  • Provide clear and timely information in all directions about new agreements with Brands, purchasing, supply merchandising details
  • Supporting in Visual Merchandising implementation in all the stores of the Company for the assigned Brands
  • Manage Group logistics process of the assigned Brands
  • Perform other tasks assigned related to the BM&L Department
  • Submit relevant reports accurately and on time.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Higher education;
  • Working experience in Brand Management or other relevant field;
  • Analytical and strategic thinking;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and prioritize the various duties and responsibilities;
  • Accuracy and attention to details;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
