Group Finance Manager / Group Financial Controller

We are a fast-growing international group with operations across Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe, focusing on digital infrastructure, AI technology, and cryptocurrency mining-related businesses. As the Company continues its expansion and prepares for a future U.S. IPO, we are seeking a highly capable finance leader to join our management team.

Key Responsibilities

StrategicFinance & Financial Leadership

• Directly contribute to strategic planning and business decision-making. Play a key role in the company's US IPO readiness preparation.

• Support global business expansion, investment projects, and strategic initiatives.

• Establish and improve internal controls, financial policies, and operational processes to meet IPO readiness standards.

FinancialManagement & Reporting

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of finance, accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance functions.

• Oversee daily accounting operations and internal controls, including revenue recognition, cost allocation, expenses review and payment approval, fixed assets management, intercompany transactions, and monthly budget control.

• Prepare full set of accounts for multiple entities. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.

• Present management reports, financial analysis, and business insights to senior management.

• Build, mentor, and manage the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

Compliance,Governance & Risk Management

• Lead and coordinate annual audits at both subsidiary and group level.

• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, banks, regulators, and corporate secretaries across regions. Ensure local compliance and corporate governance requirements are met in all countries of operation.

• Understand the tax requirements of various jurisdictions, and establish and improve the group's tax risk management system and tax planning.

OtherDuties

• Other duties as assigned, including process improvement, ERP system implementation and enhancement, financial digitalisation, and group-wide projects.

Requirements

Education& Professional Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting,Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• CPA, ACCA, CA, orequivalent professional qualification preferred.

TechnicalCompetencies

• International FinancialReporting Standards (IFRS)

• US GAAP

• Local and international taxation

• Internal controls and riskmanagement

• Financial Planning &Analysis (FP&A)

• Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice, accounting software, ERP systems, and reporting dashboards

Experience

• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including managerial responsibilities.

• Experience in technology, digital infrastructure, trading, energy, cryptocurrency mining, or multinational group environments is highly preferred.

• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and audit matters.

• Prior audit experience with a public accounting firm is an advantage.

• Experience in cross-border or multi-jurisdictional business operations is advantageous.

TravelRequirements
