We fuse creativity, technology, and media to bring ideas to life, and tell unforgettable stories.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> We are a wholesome melting pot of people hailing from different walks of life who believe in having fun at work and being good at drinking games.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> We work in an uber\-collaborative atmosphere, always on the go, creating kickass content for all our stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> We want a smart and quick\-witted Group head \- Copy with experience of 5\-7 Years, in a creative digital agency. <\/span> Excellent Management skills and ability to lead by example.<\/span> Writing award\-winning copies should come naturally to you.<\/span> You should have exceptional creativity running in your veins.<\/span> A wide vocabulary at par with Mr. Tharoor, with a memory of Mick Ross and observational skills like that of Sherlock.<\/span> Ability to bring everyone together and create an engaged and productive workforce.<\/span> Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span> We don\u2019t mind you being a grammar pedant who loves using the figure of speech in every possible way.<\/span> Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.<\/span> Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.<\/span> Content Strategy Research \- Researching on the brand, the products and services, competitors, and creating a comprehensive content & communication strategy for the brand. <\/span> Ideating and Strategising \- Coming up with the core idea for campaigns and execution of the same with exceptional copies.<\/span> Staying aware of the industry\u2019s latest trends to unlock new opportunities.<\/span> Coordinating with the Marketing team for understanding client requirements and accordingly creating the content strategy with your team.<\/span> Conducting regular Brainstorming sessions, dispersing knowledge to the team.<\/span> Allocating tasks by understanding the nature of work and selecting an ideal team member to do it.<\/span> Campaign planning and building for the given set of clients.<\/span> Upselling the existing clients. <\/span> Helping in acquiring new business and working on pitches and new ideas.<\/span> Developing and mentoring the Creative team, making them believe in themselves and achieve the impossible just like Shahrukh in Chak De India.<\/span> Guiding and supporting your team and filling in during the hour of need.<\/span> May include other duties as assigned.<\/span>
