Group Product Manager, Developer Infrastructure

You will own the product vision and multi-year strategy for the entire code lifecycle from code change to production deployment. You will define what world-class developer infrastructure looks like and drive the execution that makes engineers faster, safer, and more productive. You will collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Security and infrastructure leadership to ensure developer lifecycle systems are reliable, performant, secure, and scalable.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product roadmap and success metrics for Developer Infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, release automation, testing infrastructure, deployment systems, and production readiness standards.
  • Drive a continuous simplification agenda by leading regular systems migrations that reduce complexity, improve reliability, and make the platform easier for engineers to adopt and use effectively.
  • Build quality scorecards and leaderboards for production systems across the organization, ensuring all systems meet defined standards with executive-level visibility and accountability.
  • Partner with Engineering, SRE, Security, and infrastructure leadership to ensure developer lifecycle systems are reliable, performant, secure, and scalable.
  • Deepen understanding of internal customer needs by analyzing usage patterns, gathering feedback from engineers, and translating insights into prioritized, high-impact investments.
  • Shape the integration of emerging technologies, including AI powered testing, validation, and deployment capabilities, into the code lifecycle without compromising quality or safety.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in developer infrastructure, developer productivity, engineering platforms, or internal tools.
  • Deep domain expertise across the code lifecycle: CI/CD, build systems, testing infrastructure, release automation, deployment pipelines, and production readiness, with demonstrated fluency in DORA metrics.
  • Track record of defining and executing multi-year platform strategies that delivered measurable improvements to developer velocity, reliability, and quality.
  • Experience building products where engineers are the primary customer, with demonstrated ability to drive adoption and engagement across an engineering organization without a mandate.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex infrastructure strategy, quality tradeoffs, and investment cases to senior and executive leadership.
  • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
