Group Product Manager - Financial Engineering

You will define and own the product strategy and roadmap for finance transformation, process automation, AI-driven insights, and system improvements. You will manage and mentor other product managers, lead cross-functional delivery of reconciliation tooling and SOX-compliant change management, and represent finance users in technical implementations. You will prioritize initiatives with senior stakeholders, conduct competitive and data analyses to guide decisions, and design change management and training programs to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for finance transformation and automation
• Manage and mentor product managers and set standards for product craft and stakeholder management
• Lead cross-functional execution of reconciliation tooling, SOX-compliant change management, product finance onboarding, and self-serve tools
• Act as subject matter expert on accounting, crypto and fiat reconciliation, and treasury workflows
• Partner with senior leaders to prioritize and manage a portfolio of high-priority initiatives and communicate progress, risks, and timelines
• Define the future-state finance technology landscape and ensure roadmaps are technically feasible
• Represent finance users in tech implementations and design change management and training programs
• Conduct competitive and data analyses to inform product decisions

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing other product managers
• Demonstrated ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots and apply human-in-the-loop practices
• Computer Science degree or Software Engineering experience
• Deep knowledge of financial products including financial record keeping, accounting pipelines, and financial reporting
• Experience building robust, scalable solutions for accounting, treasury management, and financial operations
• Demonstrated success leading business-critical systems in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders including CFO/CAO, Accounting, Product, and Engineering
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for crypto and Web3
