Group Recruitment Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Group Recruitment Manager to lead fast-paced hiring across the UK, Europe, and USA as we continue to scale globally.
This role suits someone with a strong recruitment background (in-house, agency, or RPO) who enjoys owning the full talent acquisition lifecycle and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll combine workforce planning with day-to-day operational delivery, taking an autonomous approach to resourcing while contributing towards our long-term recruitment strategy.
You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to support ambitious growth plans and will personally manage UK and European hiring, using a mix of local and national job boards, platforms, and proactive sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with Employment Law and GDPR
- Partner with hiring managers to create effective job adverts and person specifications aligned with business needs
- Coordinate with advertising providers, agencies, and contractors to maximise visibility and reach of job postings
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including direct outreach and talent pooling
- Screen CVs and conduct initial calls, creating strong shortlists and coordinating interviews
- Oversee offer management and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate journey
- Maintain and optimise the ATS, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and recruitment metrics
- Lead process reviews and continuous improvements to enhance candidate experience and service delivery
- Ensure compliance checks such as Right to Work, references, and DBS are completed accurately and on time
Essential
- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment (in-house, agency, or RPO) or a similar Talent Acquisition role
- Strong understanding of UK Employment Law fundamentals
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Strong IT capability, including ATS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on-site 5 days per week

Additional Information
We operate as a fully on-site business because we believe collaboration is strongest when we work together. You must be able to commute to Malmesbury, Wiltshire, five days a week.
