As part of our busy and supportive Talent Acquisition team in Sydney, you’ll play an important role in helping deliver recruitment outcomes for the business. You’ll work alongside an experience TA Team, supporting day-to-day recruitment activity while building your capability across the function.
This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their recruitment or HR career, who is keen to learn, contribute, and develop in a collaborative team environment.
What you’ll be involved in
No two days are the same, and you’ll gain exposure across a wide variety of roles and recruitment activity. You can expect to be involved in:
Coordinating interviews and supporting candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
Assisting with candidate screening and shortlisting processes
Managing pre-employment checks and ensuring compliance requirements are tracked and completed
Contributing to candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and a smooth process
Supporting team initiatives such as graduate and intern recruitment, talent pipelining, and campaign activity
This is a great opportunity to build strong foundations in recruitment while gaining exposure to projects and wider People & Culture initiatives.
About you
You’re someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in being organised, reliable, and detail-focused. You’re keen to learn and build your skills in recruitment, and you enjoy supporting others to deliver great outcomes.
You’ll likely bring:
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Confidence using systems and tools, and an interest in learning new technology
A collaborative approach, with a desire to support your team and contribute ideas
