Job Title \- Grouting Operator <\/b>

  • Execute drilling activities for SDA, CTA, and Rock Bolts as per approved design
    <\/li>
  • Monitor drilling parameters including alignment, depth, and daily progress
    <\/li>
  • Plan and execute TAM and Curtain Grouting operations
    <\/li>
  • Control grout mix, pressure, and stage\-wise grouting execution
    <\/li>
  • Maintain detailed grouting logs and resolve site\-related issues
    <\/li>
  • Supervise waterproofing (WPT) works as per specifications
    <\/li>
  • Ensure quality of material usage and application standards
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with clients/consultants for approvals and smooth execution
    <\/li>
  • Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
    <\/li>
  • Plan daily and weekly site activities and monitor progress.
    <\/li>
  • Prepare RA bills, measurement sheets, and billing documentation
    <\/li>
  • Manage manpower, materials, and machinery mobilization
    <\/li>
  • Ensure optimum utilization of available resources
    <\/li>
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure safety compliance at site
    <\/li>
  • Conduct regular safety checks and toolbox talks
    <\/li>

    Requirements<\/h3>
  • Qualification:<\/b> Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
    <\/li>
  • Experience:<\/b> 3\u20138 years in geotechnical works (drilling, grouting, rock bolting, etc.)
    <\/li>
  • Technical Skills:<\/b>
    • Knowledge of SDA, CTA drilling, TAM & Curtain Grouting
      <\/li>
    • Experience in waterproofing works
      <\/li>
    • Billing knowledge (RA bills, measurements)
      <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Software Skills:<\/b>
      • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems
        <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Other Skills:<\/b>
        • Strong site management and coordination skills
          <\/li>
        • Ability to handle manpower and resources efficiently
          <\/li>
        • Good communication with clients and consultants
          <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • Location:<\/b> Project Site (as per requirement)
