Growth Analyst

About the Role

We're hiring a Growth Analyst to own measurement, experimentation analytics, and performance reporting for a fast-growing consumer mobile subscription product used by millions of users worldwide.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you'll serve as the analytical backbone of the Growth team. You'll ensure data accuracy, evaluate experiments, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that influence pricing, onboarding, retention, monetization, and product strategy.

You'll work closely with Growth, Product, and Data teams in a lean, fully remote environment where experimentation and data-driven decision-making are core to how the business operates.

Success in the first 3–6 months means:

  • Become the primary owner of experimentation measurement and reporting.

  • Improve event taxonomy and analytics documentation across the product.

  • Strengthen data integrity across analytics, attribution, and subscription platforms.

  • Build reliable dashboards that become the source of truth for Growth decisions.

  • Deliver actionable insights that influence onboarding, retention, pricing, and monetization strategies.

  • Establish a consistent experimentation readout process with clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end experimentation analytics process across pricing, paywalls, onboarding, lifecycle, and app store optimization initiatives.

  • Define experiment success metrics, cohorts, guardrails, and measurement plans before launch.

  • Monitor live experiments, evaluate statistical significance, and provide clear ship, iterate, or stop recommendations.

  • Maintain weekly business reporting and executive dashboards while validating data accuracy and investigating meaningful metric changes.

  • Ensure data integrity across the analytics stack by validating tracking after app releases, SDK updates, and product changes.

  • Reconcile revenue and event data across multiple platforms to ensure reporting consistency.

  • Maintain and improve event taxonomy and analytics documentation.

  • Perform funnel analysis, retention analysis, cohort analysis, and behavioral deep dives to identify growth opportunities.

  • Answer critical business questions related to user acquisition, onboarding performance, pricing, subscriptions, and retention.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to improve measurement quality and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Business Analytics.

  • Experience working on consumer products, subscription businesses, SaaS, or mobile applications.

  • Experience working with mobile subscription products.

  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying raw event and revenue data.

  • Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.

  • Experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments.

  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms such as Purchasely, RevenueCat, Firebase Remote Config, Optimizely, or Statsig.

  • Strong understanding of experimentation methodology, including statistical significance, sample sizing, guardrail metrics, and hypothesis testing.

  • Experience building dashboards and reporting that stakeholders trust for decision-making.

  • Excellent analytical thinking and ability to distinguish between genuine business changes and tracking or instrumentation issues.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment.

  • English proficiency: C1 or C2 (written and spoken).

  • Availability to collaborate with teams across North American and European time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
