Role Overview
We're hiring a Growth Analyst to be the analytical engine behind Fasset's growth engine in the UAE and globally. You'll turn data into insights, insights into experiments, and experiments into compounding growth.

Responsibilities
• Analyse user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue (AARRR) metrics across all channels.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track key growth KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, cohort studies, and funnel diagnostics.
• Design, analyse, and present A/B experiments to optimise conversion and retention.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Country teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop forecasting models and support budget planning with data insights.

Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, or a related data role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar).
• Solid understanding of growth frameworks, funnel analysis, and statistical testing.
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or similar).
• Excellent analytical thinking and ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have
• Python or R skills for advanced analysis.
• Experience in fintech, consumer apps, or a high-growth startup environment.
