Growth & Business Development Manager

Kanz is looking for a founding Growth Lead who is not afraid to wear two hats: Strategic Marketer and Business Developer. We need a self-starter who can build our inbound brand engine while simultaneously running aggressive outbound campaigns.

Your mission is to drive qualified meetings for the CEO through two channels: a creative content strategy focusing on our "Schedule qualified interviews in 48 hours, effortlessly" promise, and a data-driven outbound sales engine.

Core Priorities

1. The Marketing Engine (Inbound & Community)

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing strategy centered on our core value prop: "Schedule qualified interviews in 48 hours, effortlessly."

  • Content Production: Create compelling assets (graphics, one-pagers, short-form copy) tailored for Hiring Managers and HR professionals. Use of AI is encouraged.

  • Guerrilla Distribution: Identify, join, and actively engage in niche Recruiter and HR WhatsApp groups. You will not just spam, but build authority to drive traffic.


2. The Sales Engine (Outbound & SDR)

  • Prospecting & Data: Manage large datasets of potential leads. You will clean, verify, and segment lists to feed into our email marketing engines.

  • Outbound Execution: Use of automated email tools to qualify leads.

  • The Goal: You are responsible for booking 2-3 qualified meetings per day for the CEO.

  • Pipeline Management: Ensure leads are qualified strictly before reaching the CEO and manage the CRM flow.

What We Are Looking For

  • Flexibility: You are just as comfortable designing a social post as you are managing a 5,000-row CSV file.

  • Tech Savvy: Experience with Email Automation, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.

  • Sales DNA: You don't fear rejection. You are willing to pick up the phone and follow up relentlessly.

  • Creative Eye: You can use tools like Canva or Figma to make our brand look professional.

  • Regional Knowledge: Experience targeting the Saudi market is essential.
