Growth & Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Growth & Customer Success Manager to lead customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts.
This role will be responsible for growing our user base, managing our social media and marketing activities, supporting pilot launches, and ensuring customers achieve value from the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Reviewi's social media presence and digital marketing campaigns.
Drive customer acquisition and business onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Support pilot launch activities and user engagement initiatives.
Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement.
Create and execute growth strategies to increase adoption and retention.
Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in digital marketing, customer success, community management, or business development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
Passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
