About the Role<\/b><\/span>

We\u2019re looking for a Growth Engineer who sits at the intersection of engineering, content, and community. This is an early\-stage, high\-impact role where you\u2019ll work across multiple growth channels and directly with the founder to shape how developers discover and adopt VideoSDK.<\/span>
<\/p>

What You\u2019ll Do<\/b><\/span>
<\/b><\/p>

• Write high\-quality technical blogs around real\-time communication, WebRTC, and product use cases<\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Create <\/span>technical video content<\/span> explaining product features, tutorials, and integrations<\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Drive <\/span>developer\-focused content<\/span> across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)<\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Build and engage with the <\/span>developer community<\/span> (online + offline initiatives)<\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Experiment with <\/span>multiple growth channels<\/span> (SEO, social, developer platforms, events)<\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Work closely with the product and engineering team to simplify complex concepts into clear content<\/span>
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  What We\u2019re Looking For<\/b><\/span>
  <\/b><\/p>

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in a technical or developer\-facing role<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Good understanding of <\/span>software development fundamentals<\/span> (React, JavaScript/Node.js preferred)<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to <\/span>explain technical concepts clearly<\/span> through writing or videos<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Interest in <\/span>content creation, developer marketing, or community building<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Hands\-on mindset with willingness to experiment and learn fast<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Good communication skills<\/span>

    • Experience with WebRTC, APIs, or real\-time communication products<\/span>

      <\/p><\/li>

    • Familiarity with tools like GitHub, OBS, video editing, or blogging platforms<\/span>
