As a Growth Manager (B2C) at Utiva, you will be responsible for driving individual user acquisition and revenue growth. You will own the full\-funnel conversion process, ensuring prospective students successfully transition from initial interest to program enrollment.   • Prospect and nurture individual leads to drive program enrollments and meet revenue targets.<\/span>

  • Engage with prospective students via calls, messages, and consultations to convert interest into sign\-ups.<\/span>

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams to refine messaging, optimize funnels, and improve lead quality.<\/span>

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track student payments, and update performance dashboards.<\/span>

  • Act as a brand ambassador during webinars, info sessions, and community events.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Minimum of 3 years of direct sales or growth experience (B2B/B2C).<\/span>

    • BSC/HND in <\/span>Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive monthly sales targets.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Exceptional negotiation, persuasive speaking, and interpersonal skills.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Highly mature, responsible, and self\-driven with a proactive approach to problem\-solving.<\/span>
      <\/li>
