- Prospect and nurture individual leads to drive program enrollments and meet revenue targets.<\/span>
<\/li>- Engage with prospective students via calls, messages, and consultations to convert interest into sign\-ups.<\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams to refine messaging, optimize funnels, and improve lead quality.<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain accurate CRM records, track student payments, and update performance dashboards.<\/span>
<\/li>- Act as a brand ambassador during webinars, info sessions, and community events.<\/span>

- Minimum of 3 years of direct sales or growth experience (B2B/B2C).<\/span>
<\/li>- BSC/HND in <\/span>Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
<\/li>- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive monthly sales targets.<\/span>
<\/li>- Exceptional negotiation, persuasive speaking, and interpersonal skills.<\/span>
<\/li>- Highly mature, responsible, and self\-driven with a proactive approach to problem\-solving.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to operate autonomously while contributing effectively to a high\-performing team.<\/span>
