Role Title:Growth Marketing Manager (B2B Services)

Role Purpose:
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for building and scaling a demand generation engine to drive qualified pipeline and measurable business growth. This is a hands-on, execution-focused individual contributor role operating within a broader team, collaborating closely with sales, product, and leadership stakeholders while maintaining full ownership of marketing execution and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, light paid media)
  • Support outbound sales efforts with targeted campaigns and messaging
  • Execute lead generation initiatives for SMB and healthcare segments
  • Rapidly test, iterate, and scale campaigns based on performance data
2. Content Engine Development
  • Develop consistent content output (LinkedIn, email, website)
  • Create high-impact assets: case studies, insights, industry POV content
  • Maintain website content including campaign landing pages
  • Repurpose content for multiple formats (ads, outbound messaging, email campaigns)
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, presentations, flyers
3. AI-Enabled Marketing Execution
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign execution, and reporting
  • Build scalable, repeatable workflows for marketing processes
  • Continuously explore new AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
4. Marketing–Sales Alignment
  • Partner with sales and product teams to align campaigns with revenue priorities
  • Improve outbound conversion through enhanced messaging and content
  • Contribute to pipeline growth through high-quality lead generation and engagement
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Track key metrics: leads generated, campaign performance, pipeline contribution
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and data
  • Drive measurable improvements in marketing efficiency and output
Success Measures (First 6 Months)
  • Launch 3–5 scalable, repeatable campaigns
  • Establish consistent weekly content cadence (LinkedIn + email)
  • Achieve measurable increase in qualified leads per month
  • Demonstrate clear contribution to pipeline growth

Experience & Qualifications Required:
  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
  • Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B content creation
  • Familiarity with email marketing and light paid media (LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Hands-on experience managing website content and landing pages
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to launch and iterate quickly
  • Practical experience using AI tools to enhance marketing productivity

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting outbound sales teams
  • Experience in professional services (finance, accounting, healthcare)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
