The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for building and scaling a demand generation engine to drive qualified pipeline and measurable business growth. This is a hands-on, execution-focused individual contributor role operating within a broader team, collaborating closely with sales, product, and leadership stakeholders while maintaining full ownership of marketing execution and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, light paid media)
- Support outbound sales efforts with targeted campaigns and messaging
- Execute lead generation initiatives for SMB and healthcare segments
- Rapidly test, iterate, and scale campaigns based on performance data
2. Content Engine Development
- Develop consistent content output (LinkedIn, email, website)
- Create high-impact assets: case studies, insights, industry POV content
- Maintain website content including campaign landing pages
- Repurpose content for multiple formats (ads, outbound messaging, email campaigns)
- Develop sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, presentations, flyers
3. AI-Enabled Marketing Execution
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign execution, and reporting
- Build scalable, repeatable workflows for marketing processes
- Continuously explore new AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
4. Marketing–Sales Alignment
- Partner with sales and product teams to align campaigns with revenue priorities
- Improve outbound conversion through enhanced messaging and content
- Contribute to pipeline growth through high-quality lead generation and engagement
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track key metrics: leads generated, campaign performance, pipeline contribution
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and data
- Drive measurable improvements in marketing efficiency and output

- Achieve measurable increase in qualified leads per month
- Demonstrate clear contribution to pipeline growth
Experience & Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B content creation
- Familiarity with email marketing and light paid media (LinkedIn, Meta)
- Hands-on experience managing website content and landing pages
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to launch and iterate quickly
- Practical experience using AI tools to enhance marketing productivity
Preferred:
- Experience supporting outbound sales teams
- Experience in professional services (finance, accounting, healthcare)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
