Our client is a growing Australian business in the home improvement and renovation sector, offering premium products for residential and commercial projects. As they continue to expand their digital presence, they are seeking a driven Growth Marketing Specialist to help scale online growth, generate leads, and strengthen brand awareness across Australia.


Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a performance-driven marketer to take ownership of the company's digital growth strategy. You will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, generating leads, nurturing customers, and building a trusted brand presence through a combination of paid advertising, website optimisation, CRM management, email marketing, and content strategy.


Key Responsibilities

Website Performance

  • Build and optimise landing pages to support paid advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyse, and improve website performance, including user experience, speed, and conversion rates.
  • Manage SEO initiatives, including on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and content structure.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and heatmap software to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement website updates and improvements.



Paid Advertising (Meta & Google)

  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Optimise campaigns against agreed KPIs, including ROAS and CPL.
  • Manage advertising budgets and provide regular performance reporting.



Email Marketing & Retargeting

  • Build and manage email marketing flows, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart campaigns, post-purchase communications, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Segment audiences and personalise messaging to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Create and manage retargeting audiences across Meta and Google platforms.



Content Creation & Brand Building

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar across website, social media, and email channels.
  • Create or coordinate engaging content, including product features, customer success stories, educational content, and industry insights.
  • Grow and engage social media communities across key platforms.



CRM Setup & Management

  • Set up and manage CRM systems to track leads, customers, and sales opportunities.
  • Implement automated workflows and nurturing sequences.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and provide insights into customer behaviour and lifecycle performance.


What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Proven success managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, website analytics, and conversion optimisation.
  • Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, home improvement, or related industries is advantageous.
