1. Marketing System Ownership<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Build and maintain a quarterly marketing calendar
    <\/li>
  • Own channel planning for LinkedIn, website, email, webinars, and partners
    <\/li>
  • Create repeatable campaign frameworks and SOPs
    <\/li>
  • Ensure consistent execution without follow ups
    <\/li><\/ul>

    2. Content & Authority Engine<\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Build founder led and solution led content
      <\/li>
    • Work with designers, writers, and video editors to produce content
      <\/li>
    • Repurpose content across platforms
      <\/li>
    • Ensure messaging consistency across sales and marketing
      <\/li><\/ul>

      <\/div>

      3. Social Media & Awareness<\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      • Own organic social growth, primarily LinkedIn
        <\/li>
      • Plan and execute weekly content
        <\/li>
      • Track reach, engagement, clicks, and leads
        <\/li>
      • Continuously test and improve formats
        <\/li><\/ul>

        <\/div>

        4. Demand Generation & Campaigns<\/b>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p>

        • Plan and execute webinars, partner campaigns, and co marketing initiatives
          <\/li>
        • Coordinate end to end execution including follow ups
          <\/li>
        • Work closely with sales to align messaging and lead flow
          <\/li><\/ul>

          5. Performance Tracking<\/b>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p>

          • Track weekly and monthly performance metrics
            <\/li>
          • Build simple dashboards and reports
            <\/li>
          • Identify what to scale, what to fix, and what to stop
            <\/li>
          • Focus on outcomes, not vanity metrics
            <\/li><\/ul>

            6. Team & Vendor Coordination<\/b>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p>

            • Brief and manage designers, content creators, and agencies
              <\/li>
            • Ensure timely delivery and quality control
              <\/li>
            • Take ownership instead of blaming dependencies
              <\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>

              Requirements<\/h3>

              Preferred candidate profile<\/b>
              <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

              • 2 to 3 years of hands\-on experience in marketing execution
                <\/li>
              • Experience in B2B, SaaS, tech, or startup environments
                <\/li>
              • Strong understanding of content marketing and organic growth
                <\/li>
              • Experience running campaigns end to end
                <\/li>
              • Comfortable using AI tools for content and productivity
                <\/li>
              • Strong ownership, accountability, and communication
                <\/li><\/ul>
