You will be empowered to take ownership of end-to-end outcomes, translating performance data into clear growth strategies that drive real business results.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
* Use contribution margin, aMER, and LTV:CAC frameworks to model potential results and guide client budget decisions.
* Plan and implement high-performing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok aligned with commercial targets.
* Proactively identify auction dynamics and creative fatigue before performance declines.
* Deliver high-context video and written reports that connect daily marketing tactics directly to P&L outcomes.
* Analyze conversion data and trend attribution to find where the next marginal dollar drives the most impact.
* Lead Ad Ops and Creative teams to turn strategic hypotheses into executable, high-performance assets.
* Participate in weekly strategist-led deep dives to challenge assumptions and sharpen commercial reasoning.
WHO YOU ARE
* You have 5+ years of experience managing multi-channel eCommerce portfolios (7–8 figures) in an agency or high-growth DTC environment.
* You are an expert in Meta and Google Ads, capable of independently building and scaling campaign structures.
* You have a deep grasp of eCommerce unit economics, including LTV, CAC payback, and margin constraints.
* You are a perpetual student who is self-directed and treats every learning resource as a tool to compound your impact.
* You possess sincere candor, offering direct, caring feedback to ensure strategy remains commercially sound.
