\u2022The primary goal is to generate high\-quality, BANT\-qualified sales opportunities (SQLs) for the sales team.

1.<\/b> Outbound Prospecting Execution<\/b>
<\/div>
\u2022Execute daily outbound campaigns across: Cold email sequences, LinkedIn outreach and Account\-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
<\/div>
\u2022Personalize messaging based on ICP, industry, and use\-case
<\/div>
\u2022Continuously test and optimize messaging for better response rates
<\/div>

2.<\/b> Lead Qualification (SQL / BANT)<\/b>
<\/div>
\u2022Engage with inbound and outbound responses
<\/div>
\u2022Qualify prospects based on: BANT (budget, Authority, Need & Timeline)
<\/div>
\u2022Identify real buying intent vs. low\-quality inquiries
<\/div>
\u2022Book qualified meetings for the sales team
<\/div>

3.<\/b> Calling & Follow\-ups<\/b>
<\/div>
\u2022Call warm/nurtured prospects to: Qualify interest, Gather context and Move them to meetings.
<\/div>
\u2022Handle objections and route conversations effectively and maintain consistent follow\-up cadence

4.<\/b> Account Research & Targeting<\/b>
<\/div>
\u2022Build and refine ICP lists (industries, roles, company size)
<\/div>
\u2022Conduct basic research on prospects: Company background, Role relevance, Potential fit

\u2022Support ABM efforts with account\-level insights
<\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>
\u20222\u20133 years in SDR/BDR/outbound sales role In the US market.

\u2022Strong written communication (especially cold email)
<\/div>
\u2022Very good at cold calling and objection handling
<\/div>
\u2022Experience with tools like: CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), Outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, etc.), LinkedIn Sales Navigator
<\/div>
\u2022High ownership and consistency
<\/div>
\u2022Ability to handle rejection and keep momentum
<\/div>
\u2022Analytical mindset (can read campaign performance)
<\/div>
\u2022Curious and adaptable to different industries
