The GSCC Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating, refining and executing security threat analysis, risk assessment and security operations management.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • To develops and oversees all implemented processes and tasks pertaining to the analysis and production of global security assessments and specialized products in consultation with internal clients and senior leadership.
  • To assist the Geopolitical, Security Risks and Analysis head in the operational analysis of security threats and geopolitical risks faced by Wipro and its businesses globally, including geo-political and regional conflicts, political and social unrest, organized crime and terrorism, among others.
  • To serves as a liaison between the GSCC and location security leads, crisis management units, senior leadership, internal stakeholders and for external engagements where it applies specifically to security threat analysis and security support to locations.
  • Handle escalations and take decisions during crisis situations affecting employees’ safety and security across W global locations. Advise leadership on security crisis situations globally. All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum 7-8 years of strong and proven relevant experience in geopolitical analysis, crisis management, security/intelligence operations in military, government, think-tanks, management consulting or private sector roles.

  • Experience of working in Global Security Command Centres/Regional Security Command Centres of multinational organizations
  • Experience of team leadership and management, including remote management
  • Good amount of work and/or academic experience in geo-political and security analysis"
