We are looking for a highly driven GTM\nEngineer<\/b> to support our go\-to\-market<\/b> execution through CRM\nmanagement, data enrichment, outbound campaigns, and workflow automation<\/b>.<\/span>

This role sits at the intersection of Sales,\nMarketing, and RevOps<\/b>, directly impacting pipeline generation and revenue\nefficiency.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Manage\n and maintain Zoho CRM<\/b> (leads, contacts, accounts, deals)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure CRM data quality<\/b> (cleaning, deduplication, accuracy)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Build\n and enrich target account & contact datasets<\/b> using tools like\n Apollo and LinkedIn<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support outbound campaigns<\/b> (email + LinkedIn)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Execute\n and monitor lead flow, routing, and lifecycle tracking<\/b><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Create\n and manage automation workflows<\/b> (Zoho, Zapier, etc.)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Prepare campaign\-ready datasets<\/b> for sales teams<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Build\n basic reports and dashboards<\/b> for pipeline tracking<\/span>

    • Basic\n understanding of CRM systems<\/b> (Lead → Contact → Account → Deal)<\/span>

    • High\n attention to detail and data accuracy<\/span>

    • Strong Excel / Google Sheets<\/b> skills (data cleaning, structuring)<\/span>
