Role Overview<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

The GTM Manager \u2013\nMicro Entrepreneurship will drive on\-ground execution and ecosystem activation\nfor the micro entrepreneurship program at the city level. This is a\nfield\-focused role responsible for mobilizing aspiring entrepreneurs, enabling\nLighthouse businesses, and ensuring strong program delivery through ecosystem\npartnerships and local outreach.<\/span>

Key\nResponsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

\u2022 Lead ecosystem\-level\nexecution of the micro entrepreneurship program in alignment with the central\nteam.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 Drive local GTM\nefforts including outreach, mobilization, and onboarding of Lighthouse\nentrepreneurs and small businesses.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 Support the\nend\-to\-end beneficiary journey from mobilisation and enterprise creation to\ngrowth support and revenue enhancement.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 Manage on\-ground\nfield operations and coordinate with partner organizations to ensure smooth\nprogram delivery.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 Track program\nprogress, capacity\-building activities, and ensure accurate data capture and\nreporting against ecosystem KPIs.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 Provide weekly\ninsights and field feedback to support continuous improvement of the program.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 Collaborate with the\ncentral team to manage and respond to ecosystem\-level queries through the\nAI\-enabled helpdesk.<\/span>

Experience &\nSkills<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

\u2022 6\u201310 years of\nexperience in ecosystem development, entrepreneurship programs, skilling, or\nfield program execution.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 Strong experience in\nfield operations, stakeholder engagement, and partner management.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 Good understanding\nof small business and micro\-entrepreneur ecosystems.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 Strong execution\norientation with ability to mobilize communities and drive program adoption.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 Comfortable working\nin a fast\-paced field environment with strong data tracking and reporting\ndiscipline.<\/span>
