Overview Drive Division-wise Snack store development, including but not limited snack stores, snack-related channels (convenience stores, etc.) and related channel development projects; explore channel growth potential, and establish Division processes and management models to empower regional teams, as well as to support the implementation of BU projects. Build the Division SNKS system. Accelerate snack channels RCD layout and project implementation from 1-100 to meet rapid market development. Responsibilities 1. Drive the development of snack channels and emerging snack-related channels (convenience stores, etc.), including but not limited to mid/tail snack channels, convenience snack stores, etc. development projects; explore channel growth potential, establish Division processes and management models to empower regional teams, as well as to support the implementation of BU mid/tail snack channel enhancement projects. - Develop mid/tail snack investment strategies, manage and allocate investments to ensure reasonable ROI; track project execution to ensure perfect in-store implementation, collect and complete mid/tail snack write-off documentation, and complete investment write-offs. - Undertake the BU’ mid/tail snack channel enhancement activity plans and deliver results; achieve high-quality delivery of key KPIs such as sales and execution; drive innovation and accelerate the omni-channel marketing development (O2O business). - Promote the establishment of strategic partnerships with core mid/tail snack customers; collaborate with regions to complete JBP projects; leverage JBP and digital AO professional tools to achieve high-speed growth of full categories and breakthrough business performance in core LKA. - Identify growth drivers for the three mid/tail snack categories, develop channel standards and differentiated channel solutions, promote new models including O2O and on-demand delivery business. - Explore investment models for emerging snack-related channels (convenience stores, etc.) to ensure rapid growth in emerging channels and reasonable ROI. - Develop MU mid/tail snack and emerging snack-related channel (convenience stores, etc.) development strategies; drive healthy and sustainable channel growth, establish channel management models, streamline processes, setup operation manuals, empower regional teams and RCD staff, continuously enhance customer management, and efficiently replicate and promote best practices. 2. Build the Division mid/tail snack system - Build the Division mid/tail snack system, including but not limited to customers investment model; participate in the management of Top 5 mid/tail snack customers; conduct Top 20 mid/tail snack customers visits to build relationships; establish investment management mechanisms for Top 50 mid/tail snack customers; build databases for non-Top mid/tail snack customers and unify management standards. 3. Accelerate the precise implementation of snack channels projects, and drive the rapid development of mid/tail snack channels from 1 to 100 - Collaborate with the BU team to drive rapid business growth of mid/tail snack channels at the Division level, ensuring the rapid implementation of mid/tail snack channels activities, new product list-in, etc.. - Collaborate with BU, MU BP and RU to streamline FCST management for mid/tail snack stores and formulate corresponding SOPs. Sort out and develop regional new snack stores, maximize new stores growth with current investment model and snack stores management process, switch to snacks stores exclusive SKUs, complete investment write-offs, manage investments and ensure reasonable ROI. Qualifications Achieve annual AOP targets for mid/tail snack channels, complete JBP targets for core mid/tail snack customers and meet ROI. Build the Division mid/tail snack system, including but not limited to investment model. Accelerate the precise implementation of snack channel policies, drive the rapid development of mid/tail snack channels from 1 to 100, manage investments across snack channels and ensure reasonable ROI.
