Guest Experience Assistant - Aliée Istanbul

  • Manage guests’ check-in and check-out processes in a professional and personalized manner.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
  • Deliver personalized services by anticipating and following up on the needs and expectations of VIP and long-stay guests.
  • Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, Food & Beverage, SPA, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Oversee room preparations, special requests, and VIP amenity arrangements prior to guest arrival.
  • Assist guests with restaurant, SPA, transportation, event, and other reservation arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate guest preference records to support the delivery of personalized service.
  • Handle guest complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Comply with the hotel's quality standards, brand procedures, and confidentiality policies at all times.
  • Represent the hotel's luxury service philosophy at every guest touchpoint, contributing to an exceptional brand experience.
  • Previous experience in Guest Experience, Front Office or luxury hospitality
  • Strong command both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required
  • Good knowledge of French is a plus
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Professional appearance with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard luxury environment
