Guest Experience Assistant - Aliée Istanbul
- Manage guests’ check-in and check-out processes in a professional and personalized manner.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
- Deliver personalized services by anticipating and following up on the needs and expectations of VIP and long-stay guests.
- Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, Food & Beverage, SPA, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Oversee room preparations, special requests, and VIP amenity arrangements prior to guest arrival.
- Assist guests with restaurant, SPA, transportation, event, and other reservation arrangements.
- Maintain accurate guest preference records to support the delivery of personalized service.
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Comply with the hotel's quality standards, brand procedures, and confidentiality policies at all times.
- Represent the hotel's luxury service philosophy at every guest touchpoint, contributing to an exceptional brand experience.
- Previous experience in Guest Experience, Front Office or luxury hospitality
- Strong command both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required
- Good knowledge of French is a plus
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Professional appearance with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard luxury environment
