Guest Experience Specialist (Butler)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a warm and attentive Guest Experience Specialist (Butler) to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering personalized frontline butler services and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. You’ll play a key role in creating exceptional first impressions and supporting day-to-day guest needs with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Engagement
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.
- Offer personalized recommendations on local attractions, dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences.
- Provide detailed orientation of hotel facilities and amenities
Service Coordination
- Facilitate reservations and bookings for restaurants, transportation, tours, and events.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Valet, and Transportation teams to ensure seamless service.
Operational Support
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and offerings.
- Stay informed of local events and happenings at Resorts World Sentosa to enhance guest recommendations.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A valid driving license is an advantage.
Knowledge of local attractions in Singapore and cultural institutions is advantageous.
