Guest Relations Associate

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Respond promptly to guest queries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner with empathy and active listening
  • Provide supportive guidance to reception team members to foster a collaborative work environment
  • Maintain accurate front-office logs, shift reports, and comprehensive records of guest information, bookings, and special requests
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address operational needs and resolve day-to-day issuesRemain flexible and willing to work extended hours or shifts as needed to support hotel operationsAdapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with composure

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in guest relations, front-office operations, or customer-facing hospitality roles
  • Experience with hotel management systems or reservation software
