Guest Relations Representative- Occasional

Job Purpose

The Guest Relations Representative creates a positive and safe experience for all of our guests that aligns with our mission, culture, and core values leaving a lasting impression on our guests. This position serves as the “face” of the hospital to guests and the “voice” of the hospital for all inbound callers. The Guest Relations Representative will direct the person to the appropriate contact or location within the hospital.

Shift: Every Saturday 4:30pm-9:00pm
Every other Sunday 4:30pm-9:00pm


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duty

Percent of Time

Answer main telephone for hospital promptly and courteously and direct caller.

10%

Greet, check-in and direct guests, patients and families following all safety protocol and guest experience expectations.

60%

Performs basic clerical duties in support of hospital operations

15%

Maintains a welcoming and orderly receptionist area and lobby

10%

Other duties as assigned
