Guest Service Ambassador (Pacific Club)

As a Guest Service Ambassador for our Pacific Club lounge, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, all while maintaining our high standards of guest satisfaction.

Our Expectations:

• Assist in setting up and maintaining the Pacific Club during breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail hours.
• Ensure that all foods and drinks are properly served while upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Support in maintaining Pacific Club's cleanliness and organization.
• Report any issues with lounge fixtures or equipment and follow up as necessary.
• Help manage the requisition and stocking of F&B, administrative, and operating equipment/fixtures.
• Handle guest feedback and requests with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain awareness of daily VIP and lobby movements.
• Support guest check-ins and check-outs by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, issuing room keys, and processing payments. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness for check-ins.
• Assist with designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
• Support the Club Manager and team members as required.
