Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping

  • Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to Accor hotel standards.
  • Replenish guest amenities, minibar supplies, linens, and room essentials while ensuring exceptional presentation.
  • Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and room status updates to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and brand standards to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent.
  • Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Housekeeping preferred.
  • Prior experience in housekeeping operations is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Good communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
  • Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of housekeeping equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
