Guest Service Officer

Job Description

  • To attend to all guests' check-in and ensure all guest details are correctly input into the system.
  • To attend to all guests' check-outs, including collecting payments in compliance with cash handling and credit card processing.
  • To promptly, politely, and efficiently attend to all guests' requests and queries.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that special requests are met and follow up accordingly.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Front Office Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Team player, but also able to work independently.
  • Enjoys interacting with guests and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior work experience in hotel operations will be an advantage.
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome.
