Guest Service & Outreach Representative
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated team member to support both player account services and business outreach efforts. This role is responsible for creating and verifying guest accounts while also conducting outbound calls to introduce and promote our draft beer selections to bars and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities and Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Create and verify new player accounts with accuracy and compliance
- Assist guests with account setup and questions
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote draft beer offerings
- Build relationships with businesses and generate interest
- Maintain accurate records of customer and sales interactions
Required skills and Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- Sales or call center experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability for nights, weekends and holidays
- Professional demeanor
**The successful candidate will possess:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass background check
Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment
Must be 21 years old or older
