Guest Services Representative (80464)

The Guest Services Representative welcomes patients, visitors, employees, and vendors to Lake Region Healthcare facilities. Daily responsibilities vary depending upon location. The Guest Services Representative assists by greeting all who enter and depart the LRH facility, transporting patients who need wheelchair assistance throughout the facility, and providing valet parking on occasion. This individual provides information, and directs patients, visitors, and vendors. This role may require future assistance with registration or patient check-in and may assist with Point of Sale (POS) transactions and merchandising for the LRH Gift Shop. The primary role of this position is to provide the highest level of service to deliver excellent patient (guest) experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greet customers warmly, maintain confidentiality, and consistently present a pleasant, professional demeanor.
  • Assist customers with mobility and transportation needs, including wheelchairs, patient transport, valet parking, and help getting in and out of vehicles.
  • Provide clear directions and facility information to support customers in navigating services and locations.
  • Keep the entrance and lobby safe, clean, organized, and well stocked, including maintaining wheelchairs and a neat workstation.
  • Stay attentive to customer needs, monitor lobby activity, support comfort and safety, and share helpful feedback to improve the overall experience.

Shifts
32 hours biweekly, day shifts, with shifts from 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm

Compensation:
Hourly Wage Range: $16.86 - $21.05. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
