As a Guidewire BC Configuration Developer - Associate, you will engage in the dynamic world of business application consulting, focusing on the development and configuration of Guidewire solutions for the insurance sector. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will contribute to client projects, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a fast-paced environment where adaptability and teamwork are key. You will support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks, developing basic skills and knowledge. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, while understanding the broader objectives of your project or role and how your work fits into the overall strategy. Responsibilities

- Configuring Guidewire Policy Center to meet client specifications and requirements
- Developing and implementing software solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Guidewire applications with existing systems
- Participating in the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Utilizing system development methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency
- Supporting client engagements by providing technical insights and solutions
- Analyzing client needs to customize Guidewire applications effectively
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in financial services and insurance technology
- Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Guidewire applications
- Engaging in continuous learning to improve technical skills and knowledge in Guidewire technologies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in PC dev
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Excelling in teamwork and client support environments
