Gygler Onboarding Specialist
Gygler is looking for bright, energetic professionals with hospitality backgrounds to help new Gyglers get successfully onboarded onto our platform.
We provide full training and all the tools you need to begin meeting new Gyglers and guiding them through the onboarding process.
You are paid for every individual you onboard and activate in the system, plus you earn a bonus when they complete their first Gyg at each client you onboard them into. The more people you get gygling, the more you earn.
You’ll receive automatic notifications when new Gyglers sign up, and you can set your own availability by managing your calendar.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the staffing industry is preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and web-based applications with basic typing skills.
Professional Standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for onboarding and recruiting.
- Business casual attire is required during onboarding and recruiting interactions.
- Professional language and communication are expected at all times.
- No smoking during onboarding sessions or recruiting interactions.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
