Gain experience through a "hands on" job training program that covers all manufacturing and staff functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the smooth onboarding of new employees, including preparing welcome packets, organizing orientation sessions, coordinating paperwork, and helping new hires settle in.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative assistance such as updating employee records, filing HR documents, and assisting with report generation.
  • Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquirier, help address basic employee concerns, and escalate more complex issues to HR management as needed.
  • General HR Support: Assist with other HR Functions, including recruitment efforts, coordinating interviews, creating and posting job ads, and contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks and projects as needed to support the HR Department and overall business operations.
  • Stong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with descretion.

The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $19.00 hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
