ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Consulting with clients on stylistic option for their hair

• Listening to client's need to determine their preferences.
• Describing different hair care products and their benefits.
• Shampooing, Cutting, coloring and Highlighting hair.
• Performing Hair/Scalp treatments.
• Acting as salespersons to sell clients hair care retail products.
• Follow up with Customer's treatment progress and effectively provide customers solutions when necessary
• Achieve sales and /or service targets.
• Work with consultants to ensure that customer's requirements are clearly communicated and met
• Ensure deficiencies such as customer complaints are resolved on time and proper corrective and preventive action are taken.
• Perform Salon duties that are assigned e.g housekeeping or inventory duties.
