HAIRSTYLIST

Provides professional hair extension, cutting, styling, and coloring services to clients while delivering excellent customer service and driving retail product sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Analyze hair condition, discuss style preferences, and recommend suitable services.
• Hair Cutting & Styling: Perform precise cuts, trims, blow-outs, updos, and styling for various hair types.
• Chemical Services: Mix and apply hair coloring, bleaching, perming, and chemical straightening treatments safely.
• Scalp & Hair Care: Administer specialized treatments, shampoos, and deep-conditioning therapies.
• Product Sales: Advise clients on home-care routines and upsell salon-exclusive retail products.
• Station Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and organize personal tools, chairs, and work areas between clients.
• Relationship Building: Maintain a loyal client base through positive interactions and rebooking reminders.

Job Requirements
Work on weekends and public holidays. Night shift is a must.

At least 5 years experience on hair extension with portfolios.

Able to generate a good number of leads on tiktok and xiaohongshu.

• Proven Experience: 10 years+ experience working as a hair stylist, and at least 5 years on hair extension service.
• Trend Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of current hairstyles, coloring techniques, and industry trends.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and maintain manual dexterity throughout the day.
• Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with assistants, receptionists, and salon management.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
