Handyman / Maintenance Technician

Location: Tampines, Singapore

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Handyman to perform general maintenance, repair, and upkeep works in Tampines.

Job Scope

• Carry out general repair and maintenance works.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and replacement of light fixtures, switches, and power points.
• Conduct minor plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fittings.
• Assemble, install, and repair furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Perform painting, patching, and touch-up works as required.
• Carry out basic carpentry and handyman tasks.
• Inspect facilities regularly and identify maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with external contractors when major repairs are required.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and safe.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform any other ad hoc maintenance duties assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in general maintenance, handyman, or building repair works.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting works.
• Able to use hand and power tools safely.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Possess relevant certifications (advantageous but not mandatory).
