We are currently recruiting a Concierge to support the daily operation of ORA Residences and provide a high standard of customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a Concierge, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Residential Services role is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach
- Ability to manage resident requests efficiently and discreetly
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in handling enquiries, deliveries, visitor access, and general administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
- Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
