Headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, we take an integrated approach to real estate — spanning land development, design, construction, management, and long-term investment — so that quality and purpose are built into every detail.

Where You’ll Fit

Inch & Co. is seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead crews and manage the full lifecycle of hardscape projects — from planning and installation through final walkthrough. In this role, you'll bring both hands-on expertise and field leadership, ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. • Supervise, train, and mentor crew members in hardscape techniques, assigning tasks based on skills and providing regular performance feedback
  • Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and project designs; install hardscape features including pavers, retaining walls, and drainage systems with precision
  • Operate and oversee equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and saws
  • Enforce company safety protocols and conduct routine inspections of tools, equipment, and job sites
  • Communicate professionally with clients to address questions, concerns, and project updates
  • Track and report project progress including materials used and hours worked

The Full Package:

  • Health insurance options (medical, dental, vision)
  • 401k Retirement plan with company match
  • Paid Holidays and PTO
  • Paid training and professional growth potential

Your Foundation:

  • Minimum 3 years of hardscape installation experience with proven foreman or leadership experience
  • Proficiency in hardscape construction techniques, equipment operation, and blueprint interpretation
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
