Hardware Assembly Technician

You will prepare parts, tools, and equipment for repairs, disassemble miners, remove and service hashboards, and apply thermal paste. You will maintain inventory levels, record and scan incoming shipments, coordinate inventory movement with pallet jacks, and track repairs in the work order system. You will keep the hardware repair shop and equipment in good condition and perform physical tasks that may require lifting 50-75 lb and occasional travel between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts tools and equipment for repairs
• Maintain inventory levels and keep equipment and tools in good condition
• Document and track repairs using the work order system
• Maintain the physical environment of the hardware repair shop
• Record and scan incoming inventory shipments
• Coordinate movement of inventory using pallet jacks
• Disassemble miners and remove hashboards
• Apply thermal paste to hashboards

Requirements

• 0 - 2 years of experience
• High school diploma
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for documenting work and communicating
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Able to lift 50-75 lb
