Overview
Supported winemaking operations during harvest by assisting with grape processing, fermentation monitoring, cellar work, sanitation, and quality control activities to help produce high-quality wines

Responsibilities
- Assisted with grape receiving, sorting, crushing, and pressing during harvest season.
- Monitored fermentation processes, including temperature tracking, sampling, and data recording.
- Performed cellar operations such as pump-overs, punch-downs, racking, and tank cleaning.
- Maintained sanitation standards for winery equipment, tanks, and work areas.
- Supported laboratory analyses and quality control procedures to ensure wine production standards.
- Collaborated with winemaking and cellar teams in a fast-paced harvest environment.
