Position- Robotics Systems Engineer / Senior Robotics Engineer

Focus: Full system ownership, integration, reliability

What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end robot system architecture

• Integrate perception, planning, targeting, embedded controls, sensors and compute

• Work across robotics + embedded + perception teams

• Build reliable field-ready robotic systems

• Design system for rugged outdoor deployment

• Improve targeting reliability on uneven terrain

• Define latency budgets & system timing

• Debug full stack: ROS2, embedded firmware, sensors, networking

• Design fail-safe and recovery behaviors

• Optimize compute pipelines for real-time

• Own robot performance in field trials

Requirements:

• 4+ years robotics / autonomous systems

• Strong C++ and Python

• Strong ROS2 architecture experience

• Strong Linux systems knowledge

• Experience integrating multiple sensors

• Experience working with embedded systems

• Experience building real-world robotic systems

• Understanding of perception, planning, calibration, controls

• Strong debugging across hardware + software
