• Working hours 8.30am to 5.30pm - Mon to Fri, Sat (half day - wfh)
• Location : Changi South
• Salary : $4000-$5000

Job Scope:

• Coordinate and arrange the transportation of containers from PSA International terminals to customers’ designated locations
• Plan and schedule trucking operations to ensure timely collection and delivery of containers
• Liaise with port operators, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics flow
• Monitor container movement and provide real-time updates on delivery status
• Ensure all documentation (e.g., delivery orders, permits, port clearance) is accurate and complete
• Optimize route planning and truck allocation to improve efficiency and reduce delays
• Handle operational issues such as delays, congestion, or last-minute changes
• Maintain proper records of deliveries, trips, and operational data
• Ensure compliance with local transport regulations and safety requirements
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, warehouse) for coordination
