Responsibilities:
- Bake the items according to production schedule and get them ready in time for delivery daily.
- Oversee daily bakery production including breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all bakery products.
- Monitor inventory levels and order baking ingredients and supplies.
- Manage production planning to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
- Work closely with management on menu planning and cost control.
