Responsibilities:

  • Bake the items according to production schedule and get them ready in time for delivery daily.
  • Oversee daily bakery production including breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all bakery products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order baking ingredients and supplies.
  • Manage production planning to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
  • Work closely with management on menu planning and cost control.
