Head Butler

  • Lead, manage, and develop the Butler team to deliver exceptional service standards in line with MGallery brand expectations.
  • Oversee daily Butler operations to ensure seamless, efficient, and personalized guest experiences at all times.
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and team performance, implementing continuous improvements to enhance luxury guest experiences.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members while fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Thai or additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
  • Highly adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
  • Previous Butler experience or formal Butler training in luxury hotels, private residences, or high-end service environments preferred.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards, strong problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
